three little monkeys

It was a long weekend for everyone outside of Quebec so Grant and Michelle brought their kids N and W much to LL's delight. We picked up some smoked salmon from New Victoria (Victoria and Linton) which our friend Jennifer first introduced us to a number of years ago. I will have to remember to get some more when the parents come to town next, because this is some of the best smoked salmon we've ever had. Grant et al. arrived in time for lunch so we had fresh St. Viateur bagels with smoked salmon and then headed to the water park while LL napped. Luckily the humidity broke and Sunday was not so unbearably hot. After dinner (see next photo) we headed out for Ice Cream on St. Viateur. For whatever reason the Ice Cream place was closed (again) so we headed down to Fairmount for Gelato.

Today there were severe thundershowers so we headed to the Biodome with the kids and packed a little lunch. After that Grant and co. headed back to Ottawa. Thanks for the visit guys!
