Butterflies
Today (Saturday) we went to the botanical gardens with LL's daycare teacher and some other families from daycare.
LL's group is called "Les papillons" so it was fitting to go and see the butterfly exhibit. LL sprinted through the exhibit twice, and luckily did not stomp on any, thanks to your truly. BTW, he is saying "whoa, careful!" at the end of the video.

Park - Ahuntsic
Saturday we decided to go up to Ahuntsic and drive along the river, check out the neighbourhood prison yards and have a little snack at the parc. A little cold with the breezes off the water.

Paint job
So last week Ann had the week off so she decided to finish painting our place- particularly the area above our staircase and stair area. She wrapped up on Thursday (yah Ann!) and we returned Sarah's painting supplies shortly thereafter. After that it was time to clear out the living room and throw out some junk. Ann decided to cut up a cardboard house that has been sitting there for a year and half when she realized it would make a good hockey net. She decided to keep it around and not throw it out.
This week Ann has half the week off so she kept LL home from daycare today. While she was making lunch I was watching over LL showing him the technique for a good slapshot. Things were going great so I decided we needed to practice our one-timers. (we were using a golf club and a golf ball......basically a ping pong ball with dimples).
I guess you can see where this is going.....

LL and S....have blankie will travel
Went to Ottawa last weekend- Sunday ended up being a free day with Rich and Serafina so we tried to go sledding....during naptime......not such a good idea.
