LL Tsai has been named captain of Team Formworks' waterpolo team. "It's always an honour to wear the 'C' and to represent my country" says Tsai. LL brings 15 months of leadership, skill and experience to the team and is well respected by his rubber fish.

Yesterday morning I went out to Boucherville to check out the house and to make an IKEA run (as I arrange my home office). The brick and exterior insulation is being installed. For cost reduction measures, the amount of brick had to be reduced from original drawings. The painting appears to be 95 percent complete, and most of the bathroom fixtures and accessories are in. All of the colours and finishes were chosen by the client, with the construction manager purchasing items at a discounted rate. The end appears to be approaching (2- 3 weeks remaining).

Finally had a chance to get back out to Boucherville for some recent photos of the house. Had a babysitter take care of LL for the afternoon, so Ann and I took a peek then enjoyed a few of our traditional IKEA hotdogs afterwards.
