4.13.05 exterior

Yesterday morning I went out to Boucherville to check out the house and to make an IKEA run (as I arrange my home office). The brick and exterior insulation is being installed. For cost reduction measures, the amount of brick had to be reduced from original drawings. The painting appears to be 95 percent complete, and most of the bathroom fixtures and accessories are in. All of the colours and finishes were chosen by the client, with the construction manager purchasing items at a discounted rate. The end appears to be approaching (2- 3 weeks remaining).
