We've just returned from another Xmas in Alberta. We spent half the time in Canmore and half in Medicine Hat. This year was filled with Thomas the train everything. Thanks to everyone for the gifts for LL. The trip was fun and Ann and I managed to do some X-country skiing at the Nordic Centre- I nearly died but managed not to wake up in the middle of the night with any cramps. Also snuck out for a movie in MH (Casino Royale) which is the traditional treat for Ann and I when we go to the Hat. Unfortunately we didn't get to see some of our friends in Calgary since we only made a brief visit to Cowtown so that I could see a doctor...more on that later...
